Hartman will work alongside Frequency CEO Pete Jimison to drive platform innovation, adoption, and growth. Billy joins Frequency in a consulting capacity and will continue to support other clients within his partner portfolio.
Billy has over 20 years of experience developing strategic partnerships, building and leading revenue organizations, and an expansive understanding of the audio landscape. He will help Frequency continue its successful audio enablement efforts and accelerate its expansion, showcasing the existing suite of products, which includes Brand Approvals, Production Automation, and Ad Management. Billy joins at an exciting time in the company’s trajectory and at a moment when audio teams have historically been siloed. With a background in monetization and operations, along with extensive experience and relationships in the podcasting and broadcasting industry, Billy is uniquely positioned to understand the challenges and opportunities in audio. His prior roles include senior leadership at SiriusXM (AdsWizz, Simplecast, Pandora, Stitcher, and Team Coco) and TuneIn, where he successfully relaunched and built its audio monetization and multi-channel content business.
