We’re celebrating Carrie’s first anniversary at Frequency – here’s to many more milestones and achievements!

As Frequency’s VP of Strategic Accounts, managing client relationships is a cornerstone of Carrie Neville’s daily operations. 

Since April 2023, Carrie has focused on creating meaningful connections with clients, prioritizing a “listen first” approach to truly understand their challenges and opportunities. These close relationships have led to numerous success stories, demonstrating the incredible potential of the Frequency platform to drive efficiency and growth.

Some of Carrie’s favorite moments at Frequency have come from in-person interactions at events or office visits, where genuine bonds are made. Carrie feels fortunate to help our partners develop strategic initiatives and improve their day-to-day lives.

With over 15 years of experience in sales and strategic account management across broadcasting and software, Carrie’s expertise has been instrumental in helping clients achieve long-term revenue growth. The past year has been a testament to her dedication and passion for helping others succeed.

Carrie is also a proud mom, often found cheering on her daughter at hockey and lacrosse games. When she isn’t at audio conferences, she enjoys nature and peaceful hikes with her dogs, Cinder and Rocco. Balancing her work and personal life, Carrie is committed to both client success and family.
