Frequency adds new Lead Engineer Jared Bray

Serving as Lead Engineer, Jared Bray will be focused on building scalable solutions and modern architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.

Collaborating closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers, Jared will improve Frequency’s development process through automation, tool selection, and team collaboration. He will play a pivotal role in managing the development lifecycle, from initial planning and requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance. Staying at the forefront of coding standards and best practices, Jared will continue to enhance Frequency’s innovation, implementation, and performance. 

Prior to joining Frequency, Jared served as the Senior Engineer at Social Asking for ten years. Jared worked alongside Flint Barrow, Frequency’s Principal Engineer, to design and implement projects from the ground up. The proven success of their partnership will bring a cohesive approach to Frequency’s engineering team.

In his free time, Jared is a master Speedrunner – a gamer who employs advanced strategies, optimized routes, and precise techniques to beat games in record time. We’re excited for him to bring the same Speedrunning mindset to the Frequency team!
