Frequency adds Fabricio Rateni as Staff Engineer to strengthen technical strategy and architecture

Frequency is pleased to announce the addition of Fabricio Rateni as Staff Engineer to provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to the engineering team.

Fabricio brings nearly two decades of experience in software development, system architecture, and team leadership. He has played a key role in building and growing high-impact technology products, including the SaaS platform Doorvest, where he helped shape the product’s technical foundation and led cross-functional development teams. With a strong background in scalable system design, he is well-positioned to support Frequency’s evolving platform.

As Staff Engineer, Fabricio will guide technical execution, mentor engineers, and provide architectural direction across the organization. His addition reflects Frequency’s commitment to building a high-performing engineering culture that delivers innovative solutions for creator-led media.

“This is a pivotal time for Frequency as we scale our API-driven offerings and launch the Premium Publisher Network,” said Flint Barrow, Principal Engineer. “We needed more than ideas — we needed execution. Fabricio brings exceptional architectural insight, strong collaboration, and the technical firepower to make things happen. He’s a self-reliant force, and I’m thrilled to have him on the team.”

When he’s not building scalable systems, Fabricio is jamming with his son — he plays guitar and drums, blending Latin alternative, rock, and reggae influences from his native Argentina into their live sets.
